Well, the life of an adolescent is ravished in exploration and experimentation, the central attitude to all adolescents is instant gratification, outcome of which often leads to regret.

Reality is vague to adolescents and desire to satisfy their insatiable fantasies is predominant in their relationships.

This writer regrets her make belief romance which has cost her the acceptance of her family and society.

Shivering like a hen, beaten by rain
Out in the cold, I felt like the end has come for me
Why would fate change towards me? Why would the sun set at my mid  day?
Why would evil befall me?
I said to my self, looking at the drops of rain that  fell to the ground.

THE DEJECTED PRAYER

When all hope is lost and you are almost at the verge of giving up on everything, What do you do?

Does this piece sounds like the cry in your heart?

How sorry do you feel for yourself in helpless situations?

The piece at the bottom of this page (THE DEJECTED PRAYER) is what goes through the mind and thought of an helpless ordinary fellow, who has done in his capacity to fight through all odds but failed in many attempts and giving up all hopes. Feeling down and sorry in helplessness and no light is forth coming at the tail of the tunnel.

Knowledge, Strength, People and Money all failed Him and he realizes life doesn't give you the expected results even when you have carefully done your equations right step by step. 1+1 isn't always equals 2 with Life. Did I just hear you say "This is not fair"? Yeah, life is not always. So we keep learning from it every time, it seems no one wants to learn this way (terrible, harsh and hard).

Have you ever wondered about life generally even before earth was birthed?

Have you ever questioned yourself why God allowed so much to be the way they are?

What about the story of Lucifer and the fallen angels? 

What about thoughts about Man's existence and rest of the world we know today?

All the questions will keep on and on but you'd barely get answers. Some say they are mysteries and can't be really explained or understood. 

Well just like few thinkers in my shoes, this poem was inspired by these questions I desire clearness to, but got disappointed at my quest. The thirst refused satiate and my hunger lingers on.
